At Actors academy our whole philosophy is to give everyone the best start we can into the film and Tv industry

Most other acting classes have a musical or theatre focus

We focus all of our attention on practical acting and industry skills

After attending drama school in the UK, Film school in Los Angeles and working in the industry for 20 years I have taken the best of all the information I have learned and my aim is to pass all of that information to my students so they do not have to spend thousands of pounds on full time courses but will still acquire the same amount of skill and information

Dan is our head Acting coach with

experience in TV , Film , Commercials, Theatre and Voice overs offering Film and Tv classes or 1-1 tutoring for any age

About Dan

Dan has been acting professionally since the age of 11.

Working on projects both in front of and behind the camera including Harry Potter (WB) Modern family (BBC) cadburys (ITV) and Walk to Nairobi (Emma Sullivan ).

Dan also provided the voice of Harry Potter on computer games for Warner bros and EA games and provided voices for several other documentaries and ads including Just Fab , Tonka toys and Birmingham University.

Dan trained at Redroofs theatre school and The New York Film Academy in Los Angeles where he studied tv and film acting, voice technique and Dialect/ accents.

He has written for comedy shorts and a sitcom pilot and played lead roles in several award winning festival films.

Dan also been working with kids and teenagers for over 10 years teaching screen acting and on set coaching .
